Dr. Apala Banerjee is a Postdoctoral Researcher in the Integrated Microwaves Packaging Antennas and Circuits Technology (IMPACT) Research Group at King Abdullah University of Science and Technology (KAUST) led by Professor Atif Shamim.

Xiangpeng is currently working on integrated silicon photonics with on-chip lasers, aiming to deliver high-speed and energy-efficient solutions for AI data centers and coherent Frequency-Modulated Continuous Wave (FMCW) LiDAR systems.
